Customising Self Evaluation

There may be some sections that you feel are not relevant to your school.

You can select which sections you want to include in your Self Evaluation Form.

Customise Your Form

1. Go to the Setup tab
2. Your active questionnaire is displayed in the Active Questionnaire section
3. Click in the box that says Click here to select your sections
4. Select the sections that you want to include from the drop-down list
5. If you want to remove a selected section, click on the "x" for that section
6. When you are happy with the selected sections, click the Update section lists button
