Setting up Self Evaluation

Step 1. Create a Questionnaire

Click on the Setup tab

In the Add Questionnaire section:

Select which questionnaire template is relevant to your setting/school from the drop-down list

Click on the Add button

The newly added questionnaire template will appear in the "Active Questionnaire" section with the default template name and the date it was added.

NOTE: The questionnaire that is displayed in the "Active Questionnaire" section is the questionnaire currently in use.

 

Step 2. Rename the Questionnaire with an appropriate name

Once you have created your questionnaire, click on the "Rename button" and give it an appropriate name, e.g. "My School Report Card - created on this date"

TOP TIP: Creating multiple Questionnaires

It is possible to create any number of questionnaires, should the school wish to experiment with different approaches, or have a different questionnaire for different departments. These will all appear in the Active questionnaire drop-down list.

NOTE: The questionnaire that is displayed in the "Active Questionnaire" section is the questionnaire currently in use.

 

How to Switch between questionnaires

The user just has to change the “active questionnaire” to switch between questionnaires. Each user’s preference will be remembered to assist with different users working on different questionnaires.
